Our services

Primary Contractors provides exterior property cleaning and restoration services, including roof cleaning, roof sealing, ridge tile repairs, gutter cleaning, steam cleaning, tarmac cleaning and restoration, driveway sealing, and general exterior cleaning, as described on our services pages.

Quotes and pricing

Prices given before we've seen a job in person or in photos are estimates. A final price is confirmed once we've properly assessed the work — if anything changes the scope once we're on site, we'll tell you before doing any additional work, not after.

Scheduling and access

Work is scheduled at a time agreed with you in advance. We need reasonable access to the property to carry out the job — please let us know about anything that might affect access (locked gates, pets, parking restrictions) when you book.

Insurance

Please request current insurance details before booking if they are relevant to your property or project. Verified policy information will be added here once supplied.

Cancellations

We ask for as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel a booked job, so we can offer that slot to someone else. Get in touch as early as you can if your plans change.

Website use

Content on this site — including text, photos and the Primary Contractors name and logo — belongs to Primary Contractors and shouldn't be reused without permission. We try to keep information on this site accurate and up to date, but it's provided for general guidance and doesn't replace an actual on-site assessment or quote.

Governing law
