A roof, driveway or room is never an isolated job. It belongs to a home someone still has to live in while the work is happening.
Primary Contractors is a new name built on hands-on experience and straightforward property work.
You should know what we can see, what the work involves and what it will cost. We assess the surface and access, agree the priorities and take care around the rest of the property. If something can wait, we will say so.
Access, surface condition and the property around the job all affect how it should be handled.
If something does not need doing now, it should not be quietly hiding inside the quote.
Neighbours, paths, planting and the clean-up deserve the same care as the work itself.
Earlier work, same hands
